One standout that was a pleasant surprise to me, was that while I was waiting for my vehicle to be serviced, I received a text from Phoebe asking if I were interested in getting a trade quote on my vehicle. While I wasn't currently interested in trading/buying, I always felt this was a missed opportunity to engage customers while at the dealership! Bravo on this acquisition strategy!!
