Had a good experience at Silko my only complaint is that it took 3 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. I want to start off and saying by the end of this interaction and service, I was beyond satisfied with the work. It did not start off that way. I received a call with a hope to reschedule my original interaction and service, I was beyond satisfied with the work. It did not start off that way. I received a call with a hope to reschedule my original appointment and I called back to do so. The person on the phone said,”2 hours is plenty of time to diagnose brakes and fix them before they close at 5.” When I got there it was made clear to me that that person was mistaken. I was almost turned away and rescheduled, but one of the service tech did a quick ride with me and determined my service needs were enough that I needed them replaced before the extended warranty on the brakes ended. I was relieved they were able to take me that day so thank you to the team for making it work. More
