My appointment was made two weeks prior and I was told that my part had been ordered. I arrived and left 20 minutes later being told that my part had not been ordered. I work Monday through Friday and do that my part had been ordered. I arrived and left 20 minutes later being told that my part had not been ordered. I work Monday through Friday and do not get off work till 5:00. This is a huge inconvenience for me. I really hope all customers do not have this issue More
