Jeff and I did most of our transaction thru email, text and over the phone since it was a 45+ mile drive to the dealership. Jeff was wonderful. He made every effort to answer our questions and went out of his way to satisfy our requests. For example, Jeanne often has trouble with head rests on cars. They often push her hea questions and went out of his way to satisfy our requests. For example, Jeanne often has trouble with head rests on cars. They often push her head forward in a very uncomfortable position because she is short, and they can't be adjusted to accommodate shorter people. Often the back seat headrests are straight and don't push a short person's head forward. He tried to exchanged the headrests until he found a model whose back headrest fit into the 2014 truck we were purchasing and one we could order. Very very helpful. More

Jeff Ritter was very patient and positive. Many times i said “sorry i cant do it, sorry i wasted your time“. He would shake my hand and say “don’t worry, you’re not” and continued to find a good deal for m said “sorry i cant do it, sorry i wasted your time“. But not just because of the purchase, but for being patient, positive, having clean language, and not putting any pressure on you. More
