Everyone was really nice to work with but there were hidden add ons that we were not given the option of that increased the overall price to a point that I can’t get the amount approved for refinancing. hidden add ons that we were not given the option of that increased the overall price to a point that I can’t get the amount approved for refinancing. If the etching and appearance package was already on the vehicle, it should have been included in the purchase price and not added on during the finance paperwork. It took several phone calls and emails to talk to someone that could help and they told me there was nothing I could do unless I also get rid of the extended warranty which we needed two weeks after purchase. Two weeks after purchase, the steering wheel started locking up while driving and stranded us. When we took in, it was a major transmission sensor issue and it was in the shop for three weeks while they ordered the parts and did the major repairs. Thank God the warranty actually covered this but still a bad experience when you expect the vehicle you just bought to actually run. Between the major repairs before I even had the first payment due and the hidden costs, I am not satisfied with vehicle purchase or the dealership. I’ll be far less trusting and a stickler for every detail from this point forward and will not be working with this dealership again. More

Saw that the vehicle I wanted purchase had an open recall. Was told by the salesman and the sales manager that they fixed. A week after purchase I found out they didn’t fix if. Straight up lied to me. Said they fixed some other recalls but not that one. I asked for the service records to prove they fixed something. Been over a week. Still haven’t seen those records. Bought this truck sight unseen. (Bad Move) was told it was in immaculate condition. Well the bumper looks like it has been hit by gravel and they used touch up paint on it. I didn’t notice on delivery, just would have been nice to be told those things. This is a typical old school dealership. They will say anything to sell the vehicle. Shop elsewhere. More
