Good afternoon Sales Team, I had a great (A+) experience with Jacob, the sales representative and Jeff, the sales Director during my recent purchase of a 2024 Subaru ascent at the dealership on Saturday, Ja with Jacob, the sales representative and Jeff, the sales Director during my recent purchase of a 2024 Subaru ascent at the dealership on Saturday, January 13, 2024 in McKinney, Texas. Customer service was outstanding, and the leadership was on par with purchasing a new vehicle post COVID. Additionally, had a great discussion with David, the finance Director, regarding closing all the documentation associated with the purchase. The finance Director was very friendly and guided me through the whole process from start to finish to complete all financial transaction. Overall, outstanding customer service, and experience at the store, including discussion with the general manager (Super clean store and very friendly environment and great service department.). Would recommend seeing this dealership the first stop on your list prior to going anywhere else in the North Texas Market and DFW area. I would go back there and buy another car any day of the week. Amazing experience (A+++). More

This dealership treated me very well. We purchased a 2016 Ford Escape and they worked with us on the pricing and fixing some issues I identified during the test drive. We ended getting a loaner, that they offered, because the vehicle we purchased had to go through their inspection process and fix some minor issues. The salesperson who helped us was Chris Gandara and he was a good guy. Very honest and not pushy. Rafay kept us in the loop with how everything was going while we waited for our vehicle. From sales to finance, everyone was great. The only ding I have for them is that they don't advertise their vehicle prices with the packages they include on every vehicle. They worked with me on the pricing but unfortunately, a lot of dealerships use this tactic in a dishonest manner. I would encourage them to inform potential buyers in their ads that the vehicles have packages that will cost more than the advertised price. Like I said though, they worked with me on that particular point. For their part, they never tried to hide the cost or anything like that. I highly recommend buying a vehicle from them. More
