i got the works on my van. the service person left the dip stick up out of the tube. engine had oil all over it and all over the hood inside. came there asked for the shop manager and of course he was in a meeting. someone checked the oil said its ok and sent me on my way; this is one of many mess ups from your service people the past 12 years and 2 transit connect vans we purchased there.
