Very poor customer service. Had an appointment for an oil change, waited 2 hours, sat for an hour before I was told there was a delay. My appointment was at 9AM. This was one of the worst trips we had to Walser Buick GMC in Bloomington! After our vehicle was raining (yes, on the inside), we took it in to see what was going on. After their review, it was mentioned GMC in Bloomington! After our vehicle was raining (yes, on the inside), we took it in to see what was going on. After their review, it was mentioned that our vehicle had 2 drain lines in the sunroof and they cleared them. Not even a week later, it was happening again and onto our babies! We took it in again and they required 4 hours to review what was going on. They took the entire inside panel out and hosed it for hours to try and find if there was a leak. After hours of review, they still couldn't find out what was happening as the tech said our vehicle only had 2 drain lines. After more hours of review, the tech looked up our vehicle make/model again and found out we have 4 drain lines. This was a Thursday. For some reason, it took the entire weekend (and us needing a rental vehicle) for them to get the last 2 drain lines cleared out. They let it sit in the lot with water on the inside and it still smells musty. We had to fight to not pay for this service as it was the techs error to not review vehicle specs at the beginning and then to not air it out is a big misstep. Im thinking the vehicle has started to grow mold. More

Came in for oil change and tire rotation and an issue with my shifter. Got vehicle home and within an hour shifter fell off. Took back to dealer and they did a temp fix as needed to overnight a part. with my shifter. Got vehicle home and within an hour shifter fell off.
