My care was dropped off on Sunday night for a 730am oil change. I was dropped off at 10am and was told car was not in Bay and it was next. Test drove an Elevation can back and car was still not in bay. Fin change. I was dropped off at 10am and was told car was not in Bay and it was next. Test drove an Elevation can back and car was still not in bay. Finally left at 12 pm. Awful service communication sucked and no one knew what was going on. I will not be coming back for oil changes tire rotations or anything else if I can help it. Will not recommend anyone to go there for service. More

My husband brought my vehicle but I had some questions about the work and I called and got great support and got all my questions answered! Terrible experience in service department. Would not honor an oil leak warranty claim. Timing cover leaking oil. I was told there is a difference between a “seep” and a leak. Im guessing they Would not honor an oil leak warranty claim. Timing cover leaking oil. I was told there is a difference between a “seep” and a leak. Im guessing they don’t want to fix it because it’s 20 hours of labor out of their own pocket/warranty. On top of this disaster, waited 2.5 hours in waiting area for a “rental” from a rental company when I had requested one from the dealer and was told I would get one. Upon picking up my vehicle which had no work completed on it, I was given back a key fob with a key fob shell that was not mine and completely different than an OEM one. (Even have pictures to prove) and dealership denied any involvement. Also had a 2 month old tire pressure sensor magically go from working to not working in the time of dropping it off and picking it up, they also claimed no fault in that. I have purchased two vehicles from Walser and will not purchase one again from here. More
