The whole sales team has been very helpful and accommodating. We had a unique situation because of our distance from the dealership but they have been fantastic trying to do what they can to make accommodating. Started texting with Tommy and explained what I was looking for and what my expectations were so that neither of us waisted each other’s time. He assured me that he’d be able to get what I wanted or re looking for and what my expectations were so that neither of us waisted each other’s time. He assured me that he’d be able to get what I wanted or real close. So when I arrived a couple days later he had the truck pulled up and ready, all the information ready so after I confirmed I wanted to move forward it was a breeze. I didn’t get exactly what I wanted number wise but very close just like he said. There were no surprises or any form of pushiness. From start to finish that day was roughly 3.5 hours and I was heading off in my new truck. The process was easy and very upfront. I will definitely recommend Walser to anyone looking for a new vehicle. More

I recently purchased a used 2024 Silverado EV from Walser Buick GMC and unfortunately the experience so far has been very disappointing. I originally went in to purchase a 2024 Sierra EV that had sold the Buick GMC and unfortunately the experience so far has been very disappointing. I originally went in to purchase a 2024 Sierra EV that had sold the night before. I was then shown the Silverado EV instead and decided to move forward with that purchase. Within a few days of ownership, I asked the dealership about updating the infotainment software and was told they couldn’t do it because the vehicle is a Chevy. Since they had just sold me the truck but couldn’t perform basic EV-related service on it, I ended up canceling the WalserCare warranty I had purchased. About a week after buying the truck, it threw multiple serious warnings including Motor Control System fault, AWD unavailable, service traction control, and service electronic stability control. The vehicle became speed-limited and effectively undriveable, so it had to be towed. GM Roadside assistance informed me the tow would only be covered under warranty if the vehicle was taken to a Chevrolet dealer, so it ultimately had to be sent elsewhere for service. Between being sold a vehicle that couldn’t be serviced at the selling dealership, the confusion around support, and experiencing a major drivetrain issue almost immediately after purchase, the overall experience has been extremely frustrating and has been a very disappointing start to ownership.
