This is our second time coming to Elkin's and like the first time the experience was great! Jeff was very helpful with our sale and was very helpful with answering all of our questions. I never thought that buying a car would be so easy. I went in and wasn't hustled or up sold in anyway. Jeff was great, showed me the car I was insterested, gave me other options based on my needs and bud went in and wasn't hustled or up sold in anyway. He did not push or tell me what I wanted or should be looking instead. I fell in love with my car and knew exactly what I wanted. They made the process very easy for me. The staff at Elkins Chevrolet is extremely friendly and easy to work with. They did a great job finding and showing me cars that were in the range I was looking for. I went to Elkins Chevrolet for a test drive. I had little to no intentions of purchasing a vehicle that day. I was very impressed with his knowledge of the vehicle. Jeff is a very personable salesman and treated me like I had known him for years. Once I returned I was taken to Joe's office where he presented a very aggressive offer. He seemed determined to get my business and he succeeded. His honest approach to the negotiation was very refreshing. I left feeling very satisfied with my decision. I would not hesitate to recommend Elkins to anyone in the market for a Chevrolet. More

My family and I were looking for a Traverse and after countless visits to other dealerships, the staff (especially Jeff Schor) was exceptionally nice and upfront with everything we would be discussing / countless visits to other dealerships, the staff (especially Jeff Schor) was exceptionally nice and upfront with everything we would be discussing / negotiating. While most other places were giving us the run around on vehicles, even though the free Car Fax on their cars would tell a different story, Elkins was fully transparent on every thing. We got a great price on our trade-in and on the Traverse. We would fully recommend going to Elkins for a non-typical car buying experience. Thanks to their staff! More
