He was not pushy what so ever, he answered every question I had (even the dumb ones), he worked well with my schedule and made sure my experience at Zimbrick was one I did not have to stress about. I went in looking at a specific vehicle I found on their website and after my test drive he showed me one he thought I might like better. I told him my must haves and with that, he was right! He talked over the differences with me and next thing I knew I was driving my new GMC. I wanted to trade in my vehicle and even that was easy. Mike gave me an extremely fair quote for a trade in price and Jeff from finance made it easy with the bank process. The whole trading and buying process was quick and easy. I could not be more pleased with my new vehicle. Thank you, Jeff and everyone else at Zimbrick East! More

Dealt with Jeff Schumann by email, text and phone and the whole deal was hassle free. Had a trade and they were fair. Small issue after the sale and was handled quickly and easily with no push-back. I’ve bought over 75 vehicles in my lifetime (at least 3 from Zimbrick) and Zimbrick dealerships are a class act... Have had an oil change since my purchase and that went flawlessly as well... I’m picky and somewhat hard to please or impress and Jeff did both. Well done, More

Because I lived 85 miles away from this dea Jeff provide excellent customer service throughout the searching, purchasing and post purchasing process. Because I lived 85 miles away from this dealership we had to settle on price and the condition of the car I was purchasing before I could committee to driving up to see the vehicle. In the search phase I was actually looking at a difference car that I saw on their lot in Auto Trader. By the time we connected the next day that car was sold. Jeff did some leg work and found the exact same car with a few less miles and little price difference that was being prepped for sale at the dealership. He took several photos of the vehicle and for me and got me the information I needed before the car actually made the internet. Negations were efficient. I was looking at a similar car at a dealership in my town so I had a firm number for that car. I asked Jeff to give me his best price and he came back with a competitive Quote. When I got the Dealership there were no surprises at all in fact the car seemed to be in better condition than what I was expecting. We tested every button and feature of the car and there were no issues. Everything worked great and there were no surprises when it came to our agreed upon price and the deal was done. The day after I purchased the car I notice that the driver side door lock was not working properly. It surprised me because we tested it the day before. I called Jeff and explained what I was seeing. Immediately I could tell by the tone of his voice and the words that he spoke that he was going to take care of this problem. I expected a return trip to Madison but he had a different plan. He asked me to take it to the local Honda dealer, have it repaired and to send him a copy of the bill. Jeff and the dealership as promised sent a check that day and I received it the same week the work was completed. I believe customer service is critically important to this dealership and my salesman. The car worked fine when we were at the store, the problem could have been passed along to the new customer but this dealership did not do that. They did what was right. I would definitely purchase another vehicle from them. More
