End of workday Professionalism! It's been nearly two weeks since my wife and I bought our used 2012 Buick LaCrosse from Zimbrick Eastside. We have been very pleased with the LaCross It's been nearly two weeks since my wife and I bought our used 2012 Buick LaCrosse from Zimbrick Eastside. We have been very pleased with the LaCrosse and with our experience working with Jeff Schumann. I had been looking for the right vehicle on-line for a month or so when the LaCrosse surfaced at Zimbrick Eastside. We made arrangements for a late test drive, followed by a late (in the day) purchase the next day. Ordinarily this would be no big deal but we live and hour and a half from the dealership. Jeff was very accommodating and stayed late to finish our sale and to ensure that everything was to our liking. Jeff Schumann is a pleasure to work with and I would recommend him as a salesman to anyone looking for a new vehicle. Additionally, we will definitely consider Jeff in the future for other vehicle purchases. Super Nice Guy!!! More
