Missing floor mat parts The night of the sale and pickup of the vehicle went well. However when we arrived home and were putting our car seats in the vehicle it became appare The night of the sale and pickup of the vehicle went well. However when we arrived home and were putting our car seats in the vehicle it became apparent that the floor mats were not attached properly because of the missing attachment parts. I called the sales person that same day and informed him of the issue. He was going to order the parts and have them shipped or we could pick them up. Well as of today we still have not gotten the parts. I am told by the sales person the parts have been ordered but due to COVID-19 and plant shut downs the parts have not arrived. This makes little since because the vehicle was used and was advertised with the floormats. So it makes since that the persons that prepared the vehicle for sale took the floormat attachments out and forgot to put them back.
