The car was better than described, and worth the trip to pick it up. The delivery was easy, and a fun experience buying a car from people that enjoy what they are doing. Unfortunately the car experienced a significant failure shortly after delivery- just a part that gave out after 25 years. The easy path would have been to apologize and move on to the next customer. Instead, they shouldered part of the cost when they didn't have to. Car dealers are in the business of selling cars, but not all are still in the business of really taking care of their customers. This one is. They want you to come back. Buy with confidence. More

The salesperson was great to work with, communicated well and went out of his way to get us information on our Buick Regal GS. He LISTENED to what we were looking for and what our needs were! The dealership was an hour & fifteen minutes away from our house, but because we wanted to test drive the car before committing to a purchase we drove the distance, never realizing that THIS dealership had such awesome people (never got the feeling of a "commission being on the line", actually, I think there was a sign that says they're paid hourly...what a difference!)! AND, when we were sitting at a table waiting for our paperwork, the owner (who we didn't know was the owner and we thought he was just "some random coffee guy") sat down and we had a very wonderful visit on a PERSONAL level (we asked who he was later & found out he was the owner, Jeff Sell). We got a good price for our trade and a good price on our new GS...and a good feeling in our heart! I'd recommend this dealership to everyone...worth the drive! Oh! PS: when we were looking for this particular car in this color, we actually checked with Buick.com and got an immediate response as to its location so we could actually go see/drive it, which puts a BIG PLUS in Buick's column as well! More
