Our expierence at West Metro was wonderful. As being a first time new car buyer we had a lot questions. I was putting off purchasing a new vehicle for months and months. Whenever the topic came up I wanted to run and hide, then I had the pleasure of meeting Cody Vouk and Jeff Sell. They were patient, honest an months. Whenever the topic came up I wanted to run and hide, then I had the pleasure of meeting Cody Vouk and Jeff Sell. They were patient, honest and so easy to work with. They believe in their product and were there and continue to be there well after the completion of the sale. As a female trying to purchase a vehicle, I was worried that I wouldn't be taken seriously. They answered every question fully and in terms I understood. From start to finish we were with them over five hours and never once did they rush us. It wasn't about getting a sale it was about ME leaving feeling comfortable, happy and in a vehicle that fit my lifestyle. They didn't push upgrades down our throats. We were 110% satisfied with our experience and are looking forward to working with them in the future. Thank you for making our vehicle purchasing adventure a stress free and successful experience. I found the car we were interested in on the internet on a Sunday but the price wasn't listed so I emailed them not expecting a response until Monday. They responded by 5:30PM Sunday! On Monday we met our s a Sunday but the price wasn't listed so I emailed them not expecting a response until Monday. They responded by 5:30PM Sunday! On Monday we met our salesman a nice no pressure kind of a guy. After we made the deal, while our salesman was gathering the paper work, this gentleman came over and sat down with us to make sure we were happy with the car and the deal. I later found out this was the owner of the dealership. Overall we had a great experience, were treated with respect, no stress and for the first time acutualy enjoyed buying a car. More
