Fully explained all of the warranty options and answered any questions my wife or I had during the process. He kept it fun and exciting as well. Would recommend James and was impressed how he could make a potentially stressful part of car buying into an enjoyable one. Andy - My wife and I had a great time working with Andy. He answered any questions we had without judgement. He made the test drive fun and let me decide for myself which vehicle I felt the most comfortable in. He was upfront about everything and went out of his way to make sure my wife and I were enjoying the car buying experience. We had to have a follow up talk about setting up the On-Star in the vehicle and he was prompt and polite in calling me as soon as possible. Would love to work with Andy again. My wife and I informed him of the type of vehicle we were looking for and our price range and he had many options picked out before we even had arrived. He was patient with us looking at the vehicles and was honest about his opinions on which would be best.
