We decided on the spur of the moment to stop in Monticello on our way to the cities. The internet said they had 2 of the cars/model/color that I was interested in, but I called to confirm anyway. I knew one of them had a couple additional features, which I wanted. I was impressed that Tony Laplant had the less expensive one parked in front of the dealership - not pushing the highest priced one. Once we determined we liked a Buick he brought the other one up and we took it for a ride. He explained all the new awesome technology it has and answered all of our questions. We also met the owner, Jeff Sell, and a long time happy customer who owns the same kind of vehicle we were looking at. Joleen was terrific at getting all the documents explained and signed. Everyone there had extremely high energy and it was actually a fun experience to be at West Metro. What was particularly nice is that they were all truly sincere. Although we have purchased quite a few new vehicles over the years, West Metro is the only dealer who ever shipped us an appreciation gift. However, the greatest part is that my beautiful Buick Enclave Avenir is a pleasure to drive and we can’t wait to take it on road trips. It’s like driving on a cloud! More

Tony was very informational and helpful in assisting me to figure out what were the pros/cons in the vehicle I currently owned so I could than decide what I wanted/needed in a new vehicle, Tony was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and once I made my decision he was very patient with answering all my questions regarding the vehicle and going through all the great options on my purchased vehicle. Joleen in finance did an amazing job on going over finace options and warranty options. I feel that from start to finish all staff including the owner Jeff really wanted me to purchase what was best for me and wanted me to be completely satisfied with my purchase. More
