The truck we purchased is in exceptional condition with low miles and was priced accordingly. Jeff offered us a fair value for our trade-in and he didn't try to "sell" a warranty. Paul Sevag Motors is phenomenal. I have so many superlatives to give, where do I start. This truck was immaculate. No detail left undone, you could tell they were more of a auto haus than a corner dealership, and then we did a live WhatsApp video walk around again, no detail left undone. This was so very important because I wasn't going to be able to travel to Philly to see the truck live. His presentation gave me the confidence to make the purchase with seeing it in person. And then Philip handled all the paperwork in pristine order, from the wire transfer, to title transfer and temp tags, perfection. They even facilitated transport services to get the truck shipped to Virginia within $5 of estimated cost. My purchase experience was exceptional, and I most highly recommend Paul Sevag Motors for anyone looking for a great vehicle with exceptional customer service and a no hassle financial transaction. Again, thank you Jeff and Philip, I'm loving the Suburban it's a 2023 and looks brand new. I took it to my local Chevy dealer and had a used car inspection done which checks everything, including tire removal and test drive, the service advisor said the vehicle was in exceptional condition with plenty of tire, brake, and fluid life left. Great service, I bought a car out of state and they helped me through every step of the process. I have spoken with other dealers and they said that they could not sell me a car without me personally c helped me through every step of the process. I have spoken with other dealers and they said that they could not sell me a car without me personally coming to the dealership because I live in MA (according to other dealers MA is a state to which they cannot ship a car, or something along those lines, a difficult jurisdiction either way), but Paul Sevag worked with me to get everything done and worked with my insurance agent and the DMV to get everything taken care of remotely. Phil has been extremely helpful and proactive so a well deserved five stars from a satisfied customer all around. More

This is the 3rd vehicle I've purchased from Paul Sevag Motors. I had recently purchased a pick up truck in July, simple transaction, straightforward. Then in Dec. my vehicle w/ 182k miles on it required Motors. I had recently purchased a pick up truck in July, simple transaction, straightforward. Then in Dec. my vehicle w/ 182k miles on it required a timing chain and all that goes w/it. The repair was going to exceed the cost of the car. Fast forward to the end of Jan. I found a car that fit my needs perfectly and was well w/in my budget. Called the brothers on a Wed, picked up the car Fri. My only request prior to purchasing the car was to drive it on the highway as that is the majority of my driving. That was honored and the deal was made then and there. Car was delivered spotlessly and in just about perfect condition. Keep in mind this car is 12 years old! 76k miles, and still tight. Very happy with the purchase. I peruse many dealers websites but when it comes time to purchase I return to Paul Sevag Motors. More
