The entire process took place over about a week, due to COVID and the fact that I live over 180 miles away. I worked with Jeff Sharif and he was insanely helpful. This being my first time buying my own car I had lots of questions and I was constantly texting Jeff. He was so responsive and clear and he made me feel confident and comfortable about my purchase. He worked with my insurance company, and made me whole on the early local return charges of a rental car. Response time with questions was rapid, and the pickup went off without a hitch. Most paperwork was done digitally, only a few signatures upon pickup which took about 20 minutes. How getting a car should be! More

I had selected my Audi online after comparing similar products in the industry. However, Audi did not reach the challenge of our global or local situation with any product or professional incentives. Audi definitely missed the mark on being a conscientious enterprise in light of the COVID-19 pandemic. My transaction was a per-functional transaction that was handled quickly. Ultimately, the product sold itself but the experience did leave me wanting more from customer service in such a high end dealership. More
