This was actually my second purchase through MJ at Fitzgerald and there is a clear reason I came back.* Alex Canary in finance was wonderful. He was professional, clear, and made what is often the most stressful part of a car purchase feel completely straightforward and comfortable. I will also say that I am not someone who typically agrees to add-ons in the finance office, but Alex did such a wonderful job presenting everything that he actually won me over on this one. That is no small feat and is a real testament to how good he is at what he does. What truly set this experience apart was General Manager Rob Ward taking the time to come out personally, introduce himself, and shake my hand. Two great experiences with MJ and Fitzgerald Mazda. This time I asked if they could beat a price given by another dealership and they did. They aren’t pushy or try the salesmanship tactics. I haven’t had any other experiences at dealerships that can compare, and will continue to go to MJ at Fitzgerald Mazda. More

I found the used car I wanted so I went there and I was helped right away. I took the car for a test drive with now problem at all.
