I was greeted by a group of salesman but had the pleasure of working with Donte Freeman. He went above and beyond…I was getting my very first car without the help of family. Along with his guidance and patie of working with Donte Freeman. He went above and beyond…I was getting my very first car without the help of family. Along with his guidance and patience, assisted by Chris Dawkins and finance (Jeff) we were able to trade in my current vehicle and put me in a brand new lease. As a business owner using my car for work, there was certain criteria that needed to be met. I can say that I now have a car that fits my needs. I look forward to hopefully doing more business with such an amazing team at Jim Hudson Ford for future business and personal vehicles. Another reason besides the amazing team at Jim Hudson for picking to utilize this facility that I was not hounded by 500 phone calls everyday. Donte and Chris were very communicative and in touch during this process but we’re not overbearing. They actually went above and beyond for me. Jeremain Williams was a real pleasure to work with. We had called ahead of time to arrange to look at a used Ford F150. When we arrived, Jeremain had a sign welcoming us to the dealership. He also took us out on the lot to show us the new F150's so we could compare them with the used truck we came to look at. He was very patient with us as we walked around looking at the new trucks and asked about the details on several of them. When we finally decided on purchasing the 2021 F150 we came to look at he guided us through the process and got us a good deal on the vehicle. He made us feel very welcome.
