I went to four other Ford dealers, Landmark Ford was #1 I was looking for a year end deal on a 2017 F-150. After going to other dealers and not being taken seriously I landed at Landmark Ford. Sales as I was looking for a year end deal on a 2017 F-150. After going to other dealers and not being taken seriously I landed at Landmark Ford. Sales associate Jeff Sleight had two trucks out and waiting for me to inspect. I had called earlier and told Jeff what I was looking for. We looked at a number of trucks and took a test drive in the V-8 equipped F-150. After a pleasant and short negotiation they gave me a good value on my trade-in and a great deal on the 2017. They actually gave me a better deal than I planned on. Give Jeff a call if you want a low pressure sales guy. The finance team was also low pressure which I really enjoyed. As for the other dealers..... Well, when a guy comes in with a 12 year old, one owner F-150 with 60,000 miles and a little edge..... they should look past the blue jeans and tennis shoes. This is my third new F-150 and there will be another new car in the near future. I will not have to make four other stops the next time. More

When there was a issue with my second car, he went above and beyond to help me with solving the issue and even getting me a refund for services performed. Which was tough, as I liked my vehicle and wasn’t interested in anything else. I went in to look at 2 specific used vehicles and 1 new on Landmark’s lot. There was no pressure at all for any of the options I was looking at. Jeff did not make me feel like I was being taken advantage of at any point during the sale process. During the paperwork portion, I figured I was in for a fight since the sale was so seamless. Again, they surprised the heck out of me by making sure I got a rate I didn’t think was possible at a price that was more than reasonable. All complete within a fairly quick time frame. I have every intention of recommending Jeff Sleight at Landmark Ford to anyone I know in the market for a vehicle. He calls himself the “dad car salesman” and I found this to be completely accurate and appreciate him so much for making me feel comfortable during a difficult time. Thanks again Jeff!
