Best experience EVER! I recently looked in to leasing a Ford Escape. I thought that was what this process would be like, pulling teeth to get good service. Later that same day I called Landmark Ford and . It was night and day difference in service! Jeff was very enthusiastic and did all the research for me. He had the perfect Escape picked out right when I showed up. There were no games. The most pleasant experience ever. Amazeballs I have literally vomited while shopping for a car before. Buying a car is one of the biggest investments us humans make and it can be stressful to mak I have literally vomited while shopping for a car before. Buying a car is one of the biggest investments us humans make and it can be stressful to make such a big decision, especially if you go see a pushy guy at a skeezy dealership on 82nd. Jeff turned my anxiety around. A few days before I planned on coming into Landmark, I gave Jeff a call and let him know my price range, and what kind of features I was looking for. When I showed up to the lot a few days later, he had many options to show me. He calmly explained the features of each without trying to hide downfalls and overinflated good selling points. He was just plain honest. I felt very relaxed, like I was hanging with a friend. :) I selected a car within an hour. The waiting around for financing can be just as stressful as shopping. Not this time. Jeff pushed this through at the speed of light and had me out of there before dark- I hear that's unheard of.
