The best We just took our 2013 Mustang GT in for a scheduled service. They did an amazing job, and washed and vacuumed the car too. We have been to other dealerships with different cars, but Bozard Ford definitely stands out front in pole position. Marcia was our service adviser, she is so nice and goes above and beyond. The mechanic, Don Gress, also went above and beyond his duty. he came and told us our car was done and they were washing it. He said everything looks good, and anything that we needed to do in the near future.. I want to thank everyone in sales also. They remembered my wife and I, and asked how the Mustang is doing. We knew what we wanted and all we needed was to drive a few to pick the right set up. We were able to drive any truck we wanted and Luis made it hassle free. They didn't have the color we wanted on the lot but after two days he found one and had it sent to Bozard for us to look at. After a quick test drive we knew it was the one we wanted and we bought it. Luis, John, Jeff and Rick all were super friendly and worked with us. If we could give these guys a higher star rating we would. The entire staff was extremely professional, courteous and never once did we feel the normal salesman pressure during our experience. We highly recommend giving these guys a chance to get you in your next ride! More
