I originally was supposed to pay out of pocket for a rental when my fusion was getting serviced but ford ended up taking care of the rental. They even washed and vacuumed my fusion. I appreciated the extra mile the service department went. Makes the experience a lot less stressful and they don't "try" to find something wrong with my car. Honest work from bozard ford. Thank you!
