I dread getting a new car more than going to the dentist. However, Jeff made our experience smooth and painless! He worked hard to get the monthly payment at our price range. He accommodated us with our crazy hours. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating from the secretaries to Austin and Mike in financing. Everyone had a smile on their face , which showed us it is a pleasant place to work. We know our car is safe and one of the best out there because we visited the LV car show as part of our research. I was immediately greeted by Jeffrey Staver at the front desk where they were going to get me someone, but he said he'd like to help me. I was impressed with that. I told him what I was looking for and how much I wanted to spend. I had done my homework and knew the amount I wanted to finance and the most I was willing to pay monthly. Usually, that turns some salesmen off but not Jeffrey, he seemed intent to get me my deal. Becuase the 2016 Impreza Sport Premium/Limits inventory was low as they had just come out, he made me a deal on the one they had and the deal was sweet. Tom Odonnell the finance person did a fantastic job too making it quick and easy. Jeffrey Staver showed me around the dealership pointing out the service and parts department and then he went through my vehicle programming my phone into the Bluetooth system saving me the time and hassle. I drove off in my new vehicle feeling absolutely no buyers remorse whatsoever. I'm in sales, I sell Insurance for Allstate and I will recommend this dealership and Jeffrey Staver to anyone who is thinking about buying a new car. It was so worth the 50 miles I drove to get my fantastic deal. Weeks later and I am still thrilled!! Great job, Ciocca Subaru for having a salesman like Jeffrey Staver on board. More

After reviewing their inventory online, I was fairly sure which vehicle I was interested in. It was a 2016 Subaru Legacy. I was greeted at the door by Ray Alvarado who introduced me to Jeff Staver. Jeff showed me the car I asked about and explained all the features this car had. I was sold. We went inside and Jeff went over other options that were available for this vehicle. At no time did I feel pressured or did I feel this was a sales pitch. We then dealt with Mo Masud for the finance portion of the deal. Again, Mo advised me of what was available, but the choice was mine. The service department got my car ready to go very quickly and I drove it home that day. What a "pleasure"! Thank you Ray, Jeff and Mo. More
