My name is Jeff Staver and I have been in the auto industry for 19 years. The last 11 years have been spent at this Subaru dealership. I love Subaru vehicles. I've owned 5 total. The first one being a 1979 GL coupe. I will do everything I can to help my customers find the right car and make it affordable. I want to exceed my customers expectations in every way. For example, I drove an hour away to pick up my customer and bring them to the dealership so they could drive away in their new Subaru. Outside the dealership I enjoy spending time with my wife and 3 children, golfing, and horseback riding.

Great deal, great car-worth the trip We live in Philly so started looking closer to home. Ended up having an Internet chat with Tom, followed by a phone call and he was great-said they'd We live in Philly so started looking closer to home. TOP-RATE Experience and Dealership I cannot say enough about this dealership. I have been dealing with them since 2010 and have had nothing but exceptional customer service. All staff members are extremely respectful, helpful, and courteous. It doesn't matter what department they work, a staff member will take the time to ensure that you are receiving assistance and that your needs and expectations are being met. I have never encountered a staff member that was less than accommedating; this speaks volumes towards the company's value in their staff members. I recently purchased a 2015 Forester and did encounter a small glitch in the purchase process. As soon as the issue was discovered, within minutes, there were various staff members available to rectify the situation and get my purchase experience back to a 100% satisfaction rate. The salesman that I worked with with was very understanding and patient to my requests and took the time to ensure the financing within my limitations. I actually requested him for this purchase since he assisted in the purchase of my very first Subaru. As alsways, EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE Jeff Staver, thank you. I also want to thank Gabby for the excellet job she did in getting me started in the process of this purchase. Knew what I needed. Both to the point; deal made First, I have not bought a car in quite a while. My situation was my car was totaled and I needed a replacement unexpectedly and desperately. I did try to do my homework and it lead me to Ciocca. I was to the point and the salesperson, was to the point. He worked with me and gave me the few concessions I requested. Bam. Done. Also, when I walked into the dealership, it was so busy, I said I felt as if I was in car commercial!! My salesperson's name was Jeffrey Staver. Not sure, but believe he mostly sells new cars; I bought a used beauty. I think even he was surprised at the car and both our "no thrills". Hope this helps. Maria L. Oberly More

2015 Legacy limited Excellent experience from start to finish. Second car we purchased from this dealer and this experience was better than the first. Went to Ciocca not Excellent experience from start to finish. Second car we purchased from this dealer and this experience was better than the first. Went to Ciocca not sure which car we needed and the sales team spent a lot of time test driving and explaining each car. We ended up downsizing from our regular SUV’s into the Legacy limited. The whole staff at Ciocca made this purchase stress free and easy. Special thanks to Bob Pavone and Andy Ehret (Andy is new to the team and a great guy). If your looking for a new or used Subaru, don’t buy a car without talking to these guys first. More
