It began with my son leasing a Subaru Outback at Ciocca's. Todd Paulus made the entire transaction easy and pleasant. Everyone at Ciocca's is very professional, as well as courteous and friendly. We were amazed at how quickly the whole leasing process took. Six months after my son leased his Outback, my daughter purchased her Outback at Ciocca's. Her car came with all the bells and whistles (EyeSight system, blind spot detection, heated leather seats, navigation system, etc.) Once again, our experience with Ciocca Subaru was exceptional. She received a very good trade-in price for her Mercedes Benz and a good price on the Outback itself. Mike Jones walked her through all the financial aspects of car purchasing with professionalism mixed with warm humor. Jeff Staver spent a great deal of time showing her how the. GPS worked, connecting her cell phone, how the EyeSight and blind-spot detection system functioned, etc. He probably spent a full hour going over all the functions of her new car with her. Amazing! My children's Outbacks are sensational cars, making me realize that my car was completely out of date. Once the snow started falling, I found myself wanting heated seats and Subaru's four wheel drive. The EyeSight and blind spot detection were very appealing, too. So, it was back to Ciocca's for another Outback! Jeff Staver was the salesman with whom I worked. We had several phone calls and emails, all very polite, friendly and helpful. Because I live in another state, it was helpful to be able to scan and email various documents to Jeff so all the financing paperwork could be generated ahead of my actual arrival at Ciocca's in Allentown. Once at the dealership, Jeff went over everything with me to make sure the car was exactly as I'd requestd (it was), and then the charming and ever-efficient Mike Jones took me through the paperwork. Mike can explain so much, so quickly and still make it comprehensible. Amazing. This is the point when most dealerships hand you the car keys and usher you out the door. Not so at Ciooca Subaru. Just as Jeff Staver had done when my daughter bought her car, Christian Rivera (I believe his card identified him as a Delivery Coordinator) explained how all the features of my new Outback functioned. He synced my cell phone and contacts, showed me how to use Subaru's navigation system, and generally acquainted me with my new car. He was very patient and would, undoubtedly, have spent as much time as I wanted teaching me how to utilize my Outback, but I had a three hour drive to get back home...and having a son and daughter with new Outbacks, too...his already extensive explanations were more than adequate. That sounds like faint praise; it isn't. Christian was great! Many thanks to Jeff, Mike and Christian. You were all wonderful, and you made purchasing a new car a real joy. By the way, the purchase price, the trade-in amount and the financing rate were all excellent. I am exceptionally pleased with Ciocca, as well as with Subaru. In the course of my three visits to the dealership, I had the pleasure of meeting Greg Ciocca himself, as well as meeting his son, Greg, Jr. I spent years working for my father, ultimately taking ove the business, so I have a special regard for multi-generational family businesses. Ciocca Subaru is truly special. I recommend Ciocca's without reservation. More
