My local Toyota dealership I'm Claremont blew me off. Toyota in Epping never returned my calls or emails. So I thought I'd give Jules a shout, thinking she was still in Epping. It wasn't until I just about had the records in hand that she explained that she was no longer in Epping, but treated me with best customer service one could ask for! They were prompt with response to my initial inquiry, as well as took the time to understand my needs and what I was looking for once I was at the dealership in person. Follow-up was helpful without being pushy and felt we had direct and honest communication surrounding purchase price. His attention to detail on the features we were looking for, as well as the price point we were comfortable in were not seen as a limitation, but an opportunity to finding our family the right fit for our needs. I recently had a fantastic experience at this dealership. I made an online appointment to test drive a Toyota Tacoma and was met by Ray Bailey, who was ready for me even though I was a bit early. Ray provided a very low-pressure sales experience, which I really appreciated. When they didn't have the specific Tacoma I wanted on the lot, Ray and the team were able to quickly locate one from an associated dealership. Overall, it was a really good and seamless experience. I would highly recommend this dealership and will most likely be back when it's time to trade in my current vehicle. More
