Hello, I am a Father of three Daughters and three Granddaughters that I am very proud of! I came to Carriage Ford in 1985 where I was a Sales Rep for a little more than 3 years. In 1989, I was promoted as a Finance & Insurance Manager for 10 years. In 1999, I was promoted to a Sales Manager where I currently hold that position. Excellent experience Not always easy bringing your child along, when you're a single parent, while car shopping. Never once did I feel like Zach, or any of the sales reps Not always easy bringing your child along, when you're a single parent, while car shopping. Never once did I feel like Zach, or any of the sales reps acted annoyed when my child started to get stir crazy after a couple of hours on the lot (understandably). Zach was very patient, friendly, and personable. Another sales rep even got out their portable DVD player, equipped with Secret Life of Pets, to keep my daughter entertained while in the office. No one minded when she wanted to play pretend under any and all tables either. Loved the car I purchased, but I loved the experience even more (if that's even possible when talking about th car buying process). Jeff, Zach, and the and while team were great! More
