He asked questions to better understand exactly what I was looking for and set up a future appointment. I got to test drive 3 different models and I didn't feel I was being rushed or pressured, he just offered helpful comments and useful information about each car. After making a choice the process was easy with help from the sales manager and the finance department they made every attempt to satisfy all my requirements.
