The item was suggeste Recently contacted our original salesperson Jeff Teague concerning an after-market purchase for our new 2017 Toyota Highlander. The item was suggested by Jeff at the time of purchase as he explained the use of the rear cargo liner and how his family used theirs. We decided to make the purchase to add to the car for an upcoming beach trip, so I contacted Jeff and asked him about it. He took the initiative to check on the availability of stock of the color we wanted and also arranged for it to be pulled from inventory and set aside for pick-up the same week. It was a simple task of just walking in and paying for the item and leaving. We really appreciate the extra effort he went to help us out after our purchase. My husband nor I don't like the pushy or over aggressive salesman and I can say we were truly blessed to have Jeff Teague walk out to greet us on that Sunday afternoon. We do appreciate all of his effort in helping us make a deal that everyone felt good about. He was very patient as we looked at all the available color choices and options.
