Although we had never purchased a vehicle from them previously, we had been going to West Metro for many years for our service needs. When it came time to purchase a new truck, we wanted to see what West Metro could do for us (we had been with our previous Chevy dealer for 30 years). After our first meeting with our salesperson (Jeff Tischner) and discussing our option, we were all in and wanting to buy from Jeff. We had some pretty unique demands in what we wanted in a vehicle and Jeff (and others at West Metro), spent a lot of time and communications locating our exact truck. That alone was great service, but our experience only got better once the vehicle arrived. Jeff (who came in on his day off) and the entire staff made sure I left their lot completely satisfied. It's not financially easy to purchase a new vehicle, but Jeff and his peers made the experience exciting and very satisfying. We don't buy new vehicles often, but I have no doubt we will go back to West Metro when the time to buy comes again! Great job by Jeff and the entire team! More

West Metro has some of the best staff in the business. I have worked twice now with Kent and have had wonderful experiences & outcomes both times, resulting in me leaving with the vehicles I was set on!
