The sales team was friendly and helpful. However due to a communication error with the back office and the sales team, the car was not available to take home that day. Would be better if the team was direct from the beginning and worked with some sense of urgency, as I was there for 4hrs for a car I couldn’t even take home. More

They are very attentive to what I want in a safe car. Marc has been my sales rep for all 3 Subaru's and I will go back to him for my 4th, when the time comes. I never have to worry about my needs being met (color, interior, safety features, paper work etc) with Marc because he truly knows the cars and loves what he does. That makes a huge difference when buying a car. Marc has always made sure that I drove away knowing how the car works and with my latest purchase, helping me understand all the new technology too! He also makes it very clear that if I need anything, even after leaving the lot, to call him and he will help out in any way possible. I truly appreciate the time he invests in customer service. Thanks Marc! I would also like to add that I worked with Jeff when it came to all my financial paperwork and he was also amazing to work with. He made sure to go over every single detail of the paperwork and made sure I knew what I was signing.
