He asked us a lot of questions so we would end up buying the right vehicle for us. He also checked into all of the Buick specials they had and we ended up saving ourselves a lot of money on the purchase of our SUV. He also had some other maintenance done on our SUV before we drove it off of the lot that saved us from having to return to the dealership. Jeff and others went above and beyond their work duties to make our time worthwhile, and making our visit a very positive one.
