Jeff was pleasant to work with on our recent purchase, however he was doing double duty at the time and there were at least 3 other sales reps doing nothing. It seems that once the deal was completed some however he was doing double duty at the time and there were at least 3 other sales reps doing nothing. It seems that once the deal was completed some of what I expected, i.e. was to show us the features was disregarded, so the other potential purchase could be completed. The only options he helped with was to pair one of our phones and connect us to OnStar so they could sell us more options we didn't need. Felt a little slighted and still trying to figure some options out. Also was very disappointed with the fact that we HAD to purchase the exterior/interior protection package. Was told I'd get a call from the service dept. to schedule a follow up on this packages second application. So now I feel we purchased something that isn't even on the vehicle which was supposedly already partially applied and therefore necessary to be purchased. "No way around it". Like the employee pricing was the almighty deal that trumped any commission impacting discounts that might have otherwise been considered. More
