I had a minor issue that needed to be corrected on my Mercedes. When I called the night before to schedule the appointment, I was told "no problem, we will take care of the issue". I arrived for my 10:00 Mercedes. When I called the night before to schedule the appointment, I was told "no problem, we will take care of the issue". I arrived for my 10:00 a.m. appointment with Vanessa. She was very rude, abrupt, dismissive and had zero customer service knowledge. I have bought a couple of Mercedes at this dealership, and have never had an experience with any other sales or service associate like I did with Vanessa. I asked to speak to her manager, Nelson. Nelson was very kind, helpful, and definitely knows how to offer great customer service. More
