Sold me a newer one with more miles. 2017 Dodge Caravan. Do not care for the color, The 2017 did not have as many nice features as the 2013 Chrysler. Dealer should do a better inspection and test drive on used vehicles so buyers like me won't be so unhappy and disappointed. More

Considering how rushed it was with everything, my car not being cleaned like it should because of timing, rushing me in just to make a sale the same day knowing when I got there they were supposed to close I being cleaned like it should because of timing, rushing me in just to make a sale the same day knowing when I got there they were supposed to close In 30 minutes, salesman keeping a belonging of mine that was on the back of my car to replace it with the dealerships decal instead of putting my own one on that he took off. Finance being so rushed through I couldn’t even remember anything, even when my first payment was due. I would not come back there or recommend anyone to go there, it was quite disappointing. More

I’ve had several significant factory related issues but Melton has always taken care of them. There have been a couple instances where communication should have been better but everything worked out in the Melton has always taken care of them.
