Our salesman was Jeff Williams He was wonderful. Never pressured us once to buy a car. Robert Hamilton, the financial guy, on the other hand, was all about high pressure. He pressured us to buy a maintenance plan and when we got home, we did the math and it was going to cost us more with this plan. We had trouble getting a response from him so we drove to the dealership and got them to re-do the contract to get us back to our original payment plan. More

I had a great experience buying a used CX5 here- Jeff Williams was the absolute best. Informative, good-humored, transparent and struck a fair deal.
