The reason I returned to purchase a 2nd vehicle is because of the excellent performance I have received from the 1st vehicle I purchased. The 1st car has been extremely reliable. I felt very confide because of the excellent performance I have received from the 1st vehicle I purchased. The 1st car has been extremely reliable. I felt very confident after knowing the meticulous inspection the vehicles undergo from the service department. When I arrived to purchase the 2nd vehicle, I was greeted and assured my sales person, Jeff would be with me once he finished with his current customer. I was able to take the vehicle for a test drive while he finished. After I noticed an issue with the vehicle, Jeff immediately had the car taken back to service to confirm the issue and have it repaired. I was also able to take my dog into the dealership, have her ride in the car when I test drove it and she even went up on the hoist when the car was being repaired. My 'family' was very welcome at the dealership. That was important and I appreciated it. I am extremely happy with my 2nd purchase, the service, and the overall experience. I recommended a friend to the service department and she had new tires put on her vehicle. My 1st car had new tires and they lasted over 80,000 miles. I went back and purchased a 2nd set for my 1st car. The quality of every aspect of the dealership is top-notch! More
