The first time we worked with Jeff Wondra was when we purchased a new 2008 Cadillac DTS. We visited about the DTS features, as well as our trade in. We made an offer, and it was accepted. This time, we purchased a new 2008 Cadillac DTS. We visited about the DTS features, as well as our trade in. We made an offer, and it was accepted. This time, we traded the DTS for a new Buick Enclave, as our needs have changed. We visited about the Enclave features. After some price discussion, we made an offer, and it was accepted. Jeff seems to stay in contact, and is pleasant to work with. I give Jeff a five star rating. More

I was referred to Jeff Wondra by a co-worker who has dealt with Jeff in the past and spoke highly of him. My experience with Jeff on a trade towards the purchase of a 2008 previously owned vehicle was dealt with Jeff in the past and spoke highly of him. My experience with Jeff on a trade towards the purchase of a 2008 previously owned vehicle was exceptional. Jeff was easy to work with in the negotiation process and was accomodating to my needs. Now the question is, would I refer a friend to Jeff or return to him for a future purchase. Absolutely (without a doubt). Keep up the good work, Jeff. And, I should mention that everyone else that I came into contact with at Snell throughout the purchase process was very accomodating as well. More

Jeff Wondra was great to work with. We had been looking for a special car for about a year and Snell had the perfect one. Jeff made the process quick and easy and even got a better rate for financing than for a special car for about a year and Snell had the perfect one. Jeff and the staff at Snell really gave maximum effort to make sure I found the vehicle that was best for me. I returned for a 3rd vehicle purchase. Jeff Wondra told me that they were selling the vehicle for $999 less than advertised. What a wonderful surprise! At first I was not sure I wanted to complete the sa me that they were selling the vehicle for $999 less than advertised. What a wonderful surprise! At first I was not sure I wanted to complete the sales transaction after test driving. However, the General Sales Manager, Ben Borer said he would not refund my $500 deposit, even though I was told it would be if I was not completely satisfied. The exhaust system was custom and very loud! Nevertheless, Jeff said they would replace the exhaust with $400 cost. I decided to keep the exhaust and figure out how I would take care of replacing it later. Jeff assured me that it was not his decision to not refund my deposit. I am grateful for the ability to finance the vehicle and the efficient turnaround time between the finance department and Jeff to get me approved for the vehicle. After I decided to purchase the vehicle because I did not want to lose my deposit, Patrick was very helpful and pleasant when explaining the paperwork. As a result, I am glad I purchased the vehicle. It is a very nice car for a great price. I am getting used to the loud exhaust.... In addition, Jeff arranged for a discount on the purchase of new Tires on my first vehicle. I had asked Jeff if he could get me a good price on a 3rd set of tires from Snell on my first vehicle I purchased from the dealership and he was able to get $50 off for me. Overall, I am satisfied and will probably return for another vehicle in the future. Once again, my dog was welcome in the dealership and for that I am appreciative. More

I purchased a 2012 Mini Cooper Coupe JCW for a great deal with zero haggling on price. I had to drive 3 hours to get it, so it was a relief that I could pitch my offer and have it accepted before committing with zero haggling on price. This is exactly the car I was looking for, and I am definitely glad I was able to buy it used from Snell motors instead of just "some guy". More

I began my search for a new vehicle for myself by starting off with looking for financing. This threw several dealers for a loop and even Snell was a bit taken when I refused to test drive a vehicle starting off with looking for financing. This threw several dealers for a loop and even Snell was a bit taken when I refused to test drive a vehicle before hearing numbers. Well they worked with me my way because I don't conform well, and I enjoyed how they were able to tier to my personal way of shopping for a vehicle. After getting green lit with a very very satisfying payment option I then test drove a vehicle that had caught my eye. Even waiting several days I returned and everything was easy and the vehicle was purchased. Sales pitches do nothing but deter me from wanting a product and I let them know this, and they did their best to not sound autonomous with me. I would have preferred less mail, and less calls while I made the decision, but I understand follow ups and as far as that goes didn't hold it against them for following policies or their training. Overall I got the best vibe, as well as the best deal from these guys when compared to other dealerships in the area. More
