I purchased my GMC Terrain from Jeff Wondra. It all started with a quick phone call to Jeff that I was interested in purchasing a certain vehicle. Jeff would then call/text me whenever he found a Terr started with a quick phone call to Jeff that I was interested in purchasing a certain vehicle. Jeff would then call/text me whenever he found a Terrain that met all of my requests. Once we pinpointed the perfect vehicle for me, it seemed like in a blink of an eye, it was mine. Jeff was very patient with me as I was being very picky with small details. He definitely listens to his clients and their specific wants/needs to make sure that they are 100% satisfied. Dustin Baker assisted me with all of the financial details and was very thorough and answered any questions that I had. Steve Baker installed my heated seats and remote start. During installation, I was provided with a loaner Terrain until my vehicle was done, which only took less than one day. I was very pleased with the results of the new installation and the fact that they washed my car inside and out! The whole process from start to finish was flawless and smooth. I had a smile on my face from the moment I walked into the dealership to when I drove off the lot; a new proud owner of a 2013 Terrain. As always, Snell has gone above and beyond. We like them and "our" salesperson so well, we have bought 3 new vehicles from him. We have 2 sons and they also deal with Jeff. This was my second vehicle through Jeff / Snell. I'd been shopping a long time, I knew what I wanted and he knew what I wanted. When this truck came in I told him I was interested, he stayed in touch w been shopping a long time, I knew what I wanted and he knew what I wanted. Jeff is never pushy, he's very thorough, and he's trustworthy - No drama! I appreciated the follow-ups he made with me after the sale, I did have an engine light issue and he had it taken care of at a mutually convenient time. I would most certainly recommend Jeff / Snell to others and work with him again. More
