He followed up repeatedly on questions I raised and on price negotiations to the point where I started referring to him as my “new best friend”. With his help and the dealerships cooperation we quickly and amicably came to a deal. At delivery the car and paperwork were ready. In short the dealer team made buying the car a pleasure. More

I showed up 30 minutes before my scheduled appointment and Roy made I had the great pleasure of dealing with Roy Yonkers at the Fort Myers dealership. From the vehicle prep through the test drive, Roy was thorough and answered my questions without hesitation. As well, Brand Specialist Jeffre Barrack guided my wife and I through the technology in the vehicle and again answered all of our questions. Young dude with a great future with Audi. Finally, Josh Escobar was the Finance guy that led us through the exhaustive paperwork involved, discussed the options (no high pressure there!) and finalized the deal.
