I took my vehicle on April 30th for noise and heating issue. I dropped it off at 9.30 as per the appointment provided. Did not hear back till 3.30 and the advisor indicated that brake rotor and pads need issue. I dropped it off at 9.30 as per the appointment provided. Did not hear back till 3.30 and the advisor indicated that brake rotor and pads needs to be changed along with a coolant flush for a heating issue. He indicated that it was too late in the day to have this completed so I had to wait till next day. In the past (I bought my vehicle here in 2012 and had been servicing it ever since at Scott) these things are typically done the same day especially when you drop off the vehicle early in the day. Now after I picked up the vehicle and came home I still notice the noise issue is not resolved (I spent $2000+ as well) . I called back and the scheduling person said they cant take a look till Tuesday (May 5th) and that I have to drop it off again. I had to contact customer service manager to get me on Monday. I dropped off the vehicle today at 9.00 am and later I get a message from advisor that my car will not be looked at today and will need to wait till tomorrow. I am really disappointed and frustrated with the whole situation. First I had to leave my vehicle overnight and still issue is not resolved. I call back and they say I have to wait till Tuesday and may have to leave it again. I had to contact the customer service manager to get me in today and now they say it will need to be looked at tomorrow. The car has been in the shop for 4 days for a brake and heating issue. . This has never been my experience at Scott but look like the standards have gone down. I had plans for the weekend that I had to change due to the issue not being resolved, now I have to make alternate plans for doctor appointment tomorrow. that I need my car for. I don't understand why they have appointments and still cant look at the vehicle on that day. Very, very disappointing. More

On our way to Anniversary vacation, we had a maintenance issue. Jeff, in service department, got us squeezed in for a thorough diagnostic, followed by a repair. The staff was amazing in helping us to feel c issue. Jeff, in service department, got us squeezed in for a thorough diagnostic, followed by a repair. The staff was amazing in helping us to feel confident the trip would, indeed, take place. Although the repair took several hours, the service staff consistently checked in with us,gave us written copy of diagnostic and repair recommendation - including price. We waited in a delightful Cafe, with food made on the premises and local baked goods. (THIS WAS RIGHT INSIDE THE CUSTOMER WAITING AREA!) Overall, it was a funny way to spend our Anniversary afternoon but we ended up at our destination in a safe,happy way. If we needed to buy a vehicle, we'd probably make the three hour drive to shop there. Top notch staff, service, and outcome. Oh, and the woman who ran the cafe was sweet. Thanks Jeff and Chris.
