6 months after purchasing a new car from them and every step of the process except the paperwork has been a nightmare. They lost the second key and have yet to replace it and have dented my car in the pro step of the process except the paperwork has been a nightmare. Spent over 2 hours waiting for a tire rotation and oil change even with an appointment. We waisted all afternoon on my day off getting this service done. Also they were going to appraise our SUV to possib change even with an appointment. We waisted all afternoon on my day off getting this service done. All though they lady who works as a the cashier is always very friendly. More
