Avoid this dealership at all costs. From the sales manager (Jeffrey) to the service department, they are not interested in doing what is right for customers and I'm confident you will be highly disapp manager (Jeffrey) to the service department, they are not interested in doing what is right for customers and I'm confident you will be highly disappointed if you engage with them. I waited over 45 days to buy a used car (with no financing). They listed the car for sale without the title (which took over 30 days to obtain), refused to accept my payment via check for the car (they required certified funds and assume every customer is someone who cannot pay), and finally the car needed front brakes (rotors & pads) as I drove it home because it sit idle on the lot for 45 days without being driven and the brakes rusted. More

Stopped by today to check out the new Telluride and was simply informed that they are are sold and not to be mad. I understand with the current pandemic not being allowed to test drive the car that was sol simply informed that they are are sold and not to be mad. I understand with the current pandemic not being allowed to test drive the car that was sold on the lot, but not to offer any type of suggestion or information about the car or when it would be back in stock. Extremely poor customer service on all ends. To treat customers with such disregard is beyond poor business practice. Will not be returning and will inform anyone looking to shop there to go elsewhere. Plenty of other car dealerships with great customer service More

I arrived the next day and Jeff introduced me to Ken, he took me on a great test drive. Peter in finance did my paperwork quickly, and just before delivery Jeff pointed out a small problem with he car. I wanted to take the car home that day, so I scheduled an appointment for the next week. I dropped the car off at ten the next week and had been told the job would take 2 hours. Vladimir Arranged a ride to a breakfast joint for me, he also kept me posted throughout the prosses and when I arrived back saw Edgar working diligently on my vehicle. Not long after my car was ready just under the 2 hours promised. You guys have a great staff!!! More

Salesman made me feel like he was doing me a favor by even speaking to me about the "used" vehicle that I went there to view and test drive. The chairs in his office were loaded with items so therefore didnt even bother to invite me to sit. I guess he wanted to keep it short. Well too bad their loss of a sale, because I could have purchased any one of the vehicles. If its not a $30,000 plus vehicle you are looking to purchase I guess your not worth their while. And I dont believe they even had the original vehicle advertised that was "magically sold this morning" and they couldnt bother to send an email to let me"the potential customer" know! More
