I have to tell you we’ve bought many cars in our lifetime and have never had the experience we had recently at Montgomeryville Nissan. It’s always my hope to deal with the local dealer but I did shop the tri and have never had the experience we had recently at Montgomeryville Nissan. It’s always my hope to deal with the local dealer but I did shop the tri state area. After getting pricing and finding my vehicle, I then contacted our local dealer. I did have an a contact person at Montgomeryville Nissan as I purchased a car or two from them in the past. But that sales person was no longer there so I called the number and just asked for a sales associate. My first contact was with Ryan Eckberg He was amazing. Seriously amazing. He guided me through the whole process of locating the exact car that I wanted. We had some bumps along the way, but he was patient understanding throughout the process. He finally locate the car in New Jersey. He then acquired it, and we picked it up yesterday. Our sales associate Ryan Landes he was great as well. His attention to detail and understanding was a huge impact on the delivery. There was one small imperfection on the car, which is being addressed next Wednesday. Jeff Haze another manager was understanding and calmed us down a bit. And explained it would be addressed quickly. and to our satisfaction The attentiveness that I receive from this dealership is rare in today’s world. Seriously, all three of these gentlemen were on their game. And the business manager, Matthew Liczbinsk was equally amazing. He didn’t try to upsell other products, took care of the paperwork and explained everything throughout the process. I highly recommend both Ryan’s, Matthew and Jeff and Montgomeryville. Bravo to all of you for a job well done. More
