After a brief discussion with the Finance Manager, Jerry Castano, he recommend that we look at a new car before we buy the warranty for the Explorer. Jerry sent us to Jeffrey Ochs who asked what we were looking for in a our new car. We quickly narrowed down our search to the Edge which met all our requirements. San Tan put together a great package together with 0% financing. This was the best car buying experience I ever had. In about 3 and half hours we were driving home in our new Edge. More

Everyone is super friendly and helpful, and I never felt pressured to do anything I didn't want to do. In fact, I left the dealership the first time I visited because I just wasn't ready to purchase. I worked with Jeff Ochs and he was patient, knowledgeable and fun. I had used the dealership's website to do research prior to arriving and there were no discrepancies between what was offered on the website to what was available at the dealership. Inventory, price and specials were accurate and easy to understand. I continued to communicate with Jeff via text through the week and was able to easily ask questions about pricing, options and any concerns I had about the specific car that I wanted. When I returned a week later, there was no question that I would purchase my dream car with Jeff and San Tan Ford. The paperwork went quickly and there were no hidden surprises along the way. I drove away in an amazing car and with a sense of peace and satisfaction. More
