Car was done when promised. Unfortunately upon pickup I noticed that the rug on the drivers side had dark stripes on it which weren’t there when I dropped it off. After the service is complete they wash it and I would say 85% of the time the rug is dirty after washing. I them had to wait while they took it back to have the rug shampooed. It would be nice to not have to deal with this upon pickup. I shouldn’t have to point this out. More
