Prompt service provided by Jeff. I appreciate the fact that he stayed in touch with text and that he was prompt in returning text. Getting the bill prior to picking up the car and I appreciate the fact that he stayed in touch with text and that he was prompt in returning text. Excellent communication, excellent customer service and excellent vehicle service. I would like to personally thank Jeff and his service team for their expedited service and professionalism. Not a great way to start our vacation but with the excellence of Stuart Infinity we were back in the road ASAP. More

Scott was completely ride & extremely unhelpful! ! I've been with Infiniti for many many years but after dealing with Scott I decided when my lease is up which is soon I would like to look at other ! Had scheduled our Auto Butler service upon completion of prior service 6 months ago. Dealership emailed us the week before and a day before of our appointment. All seemed fine. But now, 3 days later, the t prior service 6 months ago. Dealership emailed us the week before and a day before of our appointment. All seemed fine. But now, 3 days later, the trunk lid is all spiderweb. Something is wrong. Taking it back to try to "get it corrected." Also, although these services are prepaid, we have always been given a zero balance. Will try to get them tomorrow so I can keep track of the services performed. Also, to set appointment for our Auto Butler service in March '24. More
