I visited several Toyota dealers as I was purchasing a new RAV4. Some were charging above MSRP, some were adding mandatory (useless!) add-ons to jack up the price, and some did both. When I told Jeffrey, the salesperson at DCH Brunswick, that I would not pay for any add-ons and I wanted to pay below MSRP, he simply went to a manager and gave me a reasonable offer. I bought the car, and (with a few minor glitches along the way) the deal went through, and I am happy with my purchase. More
