Communication after I dropped off my car was fine but when you get there nobody really comes up to help you. I sat at a desk for a while before an advisor showed up. My car wasn’t even vacuumed. The only plus was bring able to get a loaner vehicle in the meantime More

I love taking my car to Champion Pirsche to be serviced. The service writers, including Jefry Rodriguez, are extremely professional, courteous and responsive. The dealership is also fun to wander around. The service writers, including Jefry Rodriguez, are extremely professional, courteous and responsive. The dealership is also fun to wander around. DAVID was great, thorough, asked a lot of good questions to understand the situation. I can tell his concern and interest in solving. Champion - i dropped off car and it took TWO weeks for an.oil chang to understand the situation. I can tell his concern and interest in solving. Champion - i dropped off car and it took TWO weeks for an.oil change, replace battery. Why not tell me there were no spots available. I will not be returning to have my car serviced here. I wish I could work with David elsewhere. The cost of labor is $389, seriously!!!! Mechanics are being paid $775,000 a year!!! Do they know that?! If there are other embedded costs in there, that is even worse - no transparency. I first had my car serviced there in 2019 when it was $185 an hr. 110% increase is ridiculous. If there is something else I am missing no one went out of their way to explain it. Service area is way outdated. No tv, nowhere to sit, no coffee, water. I know you are expanding. But how much does it take to ask if someone e wants a drink and make it. K cup machine and a TV combined cost a couple hundred. Inconsistent staff, some are pleasant, some are not. Some should not work morning if they dont do mornings. Maybe a quick reminder that the customer pays them. I also own a mercedes - completely different service experience. Someone should do an undercover boss! More
