extremely poor extremely disappointed Jeff did not tell me that someone was going to drive my car back to me and I NEVER EVER let anyone drive my car. He did not ask my permission and took it upon himself me that someone was going to drive my car back to me and I NEVER EVER let anyone drive my car. He did not ask my permission and took it upon himself to let someone drive my car...so not only did someone drive my car but my car came back DIRTY because this "old man" drove my car from Pompano to my home in West Boynton. and this is because when the car went in for ist very FIRST service at Champion...the car came back with the check engine light on and I had to bring the car to them. Of all the cars I have own wheter it was my BMW Jaquars Audis Mazeratti Bentleys etc..NO ONE EVER HAS TAKEN UPON THEMSELVES TO AUTHORIZE SOMEONE TO DRIVE MY CAR WITHOUT MY PERMISSION..to which I would have said ABSOLUTELY NOT....except now when Jeff Rodriquez felt it was perfectly fine to ASSUME it would be o.k. well it is not and I want to know how do you undo this...and every single setting in my car was changed and my settings are gone...I am disgusted and super upset...please advise how you are going to handle this.... Jefry and the actual service was perfect, The overall service department - awful. I called the first time to book an appointment and no one answered the phone after at least 15 rings, Second time I got service department - awful. I called the first time to book an appointment and no one answered the phone after at least 15 rings, Second time I got sent to a service advisor (not Jefry) and left a message - no return call. Next day - I got sent to another service advisor (not Jefry) and I had to leave a messagej - no return call., On my FOURTH attempt, I left a message for Jefry, and HE RETURNED MY CALL. The gentleman who drove me home after I dropped off the car was also very friendly - much appreciated. More
